Well, 210 does sound way to high when you consider it takes 1/2 hour to change the oil, adjust the drive belt and adjust the cables,
the other part is a valve adjustment, which takes 45mins. so, if the dealer allows their mechanics to bill for breaktimes (Not lunch just the 10 minute breaks in between midmorn and midafternoon) (I work at a 18wheeler dealer and thats how we work it) your talking 1 hour and 15 minutes, with maybe 15 minutes for break thats a grand total of 1 and 1/2 hours. now in your driveway that would take 2 or 3 hours, but the dealer may require that you either use them for service work to maintain warranty, or that you keep reciepts from other places that do the work. so anyways, getting back to the cost, 1.5hr @ 60$/hr (approx) = 90$, dealer cost on a oil filter and 3 qt. oil 20$ approx. o-ring for the filter 2$ so thats about 112$ plus tax, 210 is a bit much for my liking. I'd try elsewhere.
